I trust Toyota engineering to deliver a safe and reliable experience. However, there were a few hiccups with this vehicle. The host was still communicate and trying to resolve them but ultimately ineffective and unwilling to offer a discount on the trip despite a number of issues with the vehicle.

The car could use a deeper/detailed cleaning, and the AC didn’t blow cold during my trip. I’d recommend addressing those for future renters

Hi Alexis’s, thank you for your feedback which helps us to improve in future. We do apologize that AC stopped bellowing cold air while you had the vehicle and cleaning did not satisfy you. We did address the issue as soon as vehicle got return and it turn it that the freon level for the AC was low, so we took care of that. For the cleaning part, we did talk to our cleaning team to improve and detail the vehicle more for future trips. We hope to see you again soon! 🙂
