Turning in car early, with no refund of unused days
Hello Sandra, any time changes needs to be done on your end. As the host I am unable to make any changes to when you’re dropping off the car or picking it up. If you would’ve made the change that you were dropping off the car early, I’m assuming you would’ve received a refund. I also messaged you to please contact turo if you had questions about getting a refund when you let me know you were returning the car in early. Also the car is not low on oil, the car is saying it needs an oil change.
