Perfect car for my needs, it had plenty of space, was clean, and operated perfectly. I really appreciated the decide charging options! Pickup/drop-off was super easy and communication was fast.

This was my first Turo rental and I was very pleased. The pick up was easy. The vehicle was exactly what we needed for four adults with luggage for a week. It was dependable and got good gas mileage. My host was responsive to communications. My only suggestion to users is to write your lockbox code down (if applicable) because I couldn’t find it in the app for drop off (it may have been given at pick up as a notification, rather than a message, for security reasons). Looking forward to our next Turo rental and will use Yaya Endeavors when in Reno/Tahoe.
