This guy is not professional I was harassed by him I felt like he was bullying me telling me I need to have the car back early then the time on the reservation he call me the day of the drop off at 645am and the car was due back at 10am I will never book from this guy again

The guest is lying. He contact me through text msg and let me know that he wants to return the vehicle early and also he call me as well. I have that proof in my phone. Also I let turo the whole situation. If needed I will let law enforcement also.
I wouldn’t book through this person. He’s a scammer, he vandalized his own car to get more money out of me and if you’re a female you will feel uncomfortable. He took pictures of my ID even though it was on the app and he had to approve it! Took a selfie with me like we are friends, that’s weird, I have never experienced this with a Turo booking. Please avoid this booking!

I’m open police report against Ashley Lynn Smith and Darlissa Renee Hooks, who rented my vehicle through Turo app From Jul, 29th, 2026 to Aug, 01, 2026.I hand them the vehicle at Jul,29th,2026 around 5:11pm at pickup location. They should return the vehicle at Aug,01,2026 7pm at the same location they pickup my vehicle. But they called me around 6:05pm on Jul,31st,2026 and let me know the tailgate suddenly stopped working. and then they left vehicle unattended and vandalized the vehicle.
