Excellent car, smooth experience. Car is parked in remote lot which requires shuttle ride.

Car had a dangerous brake issue. On our last day, alerts popped up on our drive and I pulled over and alerted the host. They informed me that this was fixed by a mechanic before our trip but that the sensors were not reset. We continued driving cautiously with multiple sensors obnoxiously lighting up and beeping (brakes, check engine, etc). Eventually the brakes started feeling really weird and the pedal would pump/hesitate/jerk. It felt seriously dangerous and I had to pull off the road at the nearest spot and park the car and catch an Uber just to make my flight.
Host was very responsive and covered my Uber to the airport. However, I’ve never felt more unsafe driving a car before. I don’t doubt their mechanic told them this was fixed but I would not rent this car again personally.

Everything about the pick up and drop off was easy going. On the day of drop off had issues with the car. Drove 20 mins with all the sensors and dinging going off to get back to the airport. Let the host know, took a bit to get back and then didn’t even try to help. Just said “thank you”.
