The car drove well no issues on that part, however the host dropped the car off late after I waited 15 minutes for his arrival. It was booked for 2:30Am and my uber pulled off so I waited outside until he pulled up which already had me flustered. I proceeded to wait more time while he did his pre-inspection upon arriving, which included 44pictures and a trip to the gas station across the street in which I followed him to put air in the tires. Which could’ve been done already or communicated beforehand which would have been more feasible. Also being prompted to go across the street from the first gas station due to their air pump not working so that took another 20 minutes between the pictures and air. The car reeked of marijuana and still did when I dropped the vehicle back off 7 and a half hours early due to all the inconveniences. I also made it all the way home which is about a 18-20 minute drive from the pickup location to discover the key wasn’t in the lockbox located on the passenger seat. Which caused me more of an inconvenience, the host dropped off the key and by this time it was after 4Am. Then the unmitigated gaul to say I’m tired when delivering the key was just insult to injury to the already hectic morning I was having. I wish it was different because the car was great however the hosts unprofessionalism

Your reservation was made around 1:30 AM for 2:30 AM so the car had to be inspected prior to you taking it. That’s why the tire was checked and was made sure it was roadworthy prior to you taken off. Regarding the odor, just despite our best efforts we prohibit smoking! but sometimes guest do. I apologize if you believe there was odor. Well wishes on you future travels.
