Overall, the car is good. Had some minor issues- the back window tint is a bit too dark, the refill windshield fluid kept going off, and I wasn’t aware the car was located at a lot away from the airport when I booked. Be sure to catch the shuttle from and to the airport, it’s free (we got an uber from the airport the first time). Check in and check out was easy, instructions were clear.

Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately the reported concerns are non-issues. The tint on back window is not regulated by law and dark tint really helps in California summer. While we refill windshield fluid once depleted, if it runs out during tr trip, the guest can refill it with free water. The car location is an SFO and Turo approved parking, and this information is messaged the moment a car is booked. Any guest has 24 hours to cancel the trip for any reason.
