To start off, I want to say that the vehicle we rented was great. The customer service needs improvement. When customers come to an area and choose Turo over another company and chose a car specifically for its looks, etc. then you should expect to have the car CLEAN and ready for the next person. When we picked up the car, the car had ketchup stained to the seat and the console, dirt in the floor boards and dirt on the exterior. I reached out to the owner and was told to stop by the car wash on my way back to the airport if that made me happy. What would have made me happy would have been to have a clean car to pick up. I was told that I was renting a car that was worth over 100k dollars and that basically I should have been okay with it. Anyways, you make or may not get a clean car if you boom with this person.
Thanks, we offer free car wash if u are not satisfied with cleaning but thats not u wanted. You were complaining about front grill bug stains, which is hard to come off in any car wash. This shouldn’t be an issue. Moreover, u mentioned car was great but cleaning was an issue but u rated low on maintenance too. Further, the 100k car response was due to repeating back n forth on the 700$ u paid for renting. If concerns would have been legit, we would have offered u refunds to make u happy, thanks

Way more work than renting a car through enterprise
Thanks, we don’t control prices & it’s app controlling automatically based on type of car & demand/supply algorithm. You rented over a 100k new car so daily rental will generally be higher

Car was okay, but the host claimed the first car had window damage. So we had to wait to get into the car. Then they were weird about drop off location.
Hey, thanks & sorry car you booked got vandalized before ur trip. We had another same car but it had next day booking with another guest. We did quite a bit scheduling & took quite a bit hassle to ensure your trip goes with the booked car
