Car was dropped off too early, missing front fender/wrecked. Half filled with gas

Not the typical Turo experience. Upon arriving at vehicle found visible damage to the front end and side wheel panels. Owner did not agree that anything was wrong. Tough situation was entirely avoidable days in advance with candid communication that vehicle was damaged. We could have made other arrangements. Chalking this one up to “It Happens”. Reminder to Turo community, open communications make Turo work well. Turo support was the bright spot here and sorted the matter out.

host tried to change drop off location and pressured me about time, requesting an earlier return time for the next service. after changing the location, he moved the location back to the original drop off location - because of the overnight fee. but then, why was he pressuring me about the drop off time?
