Thank you for the great experience! The car was clean, drove perfectly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was amazing and everything was exactly as described. Would definitely rent again!!

I need a car for emergency purpose last minute, however I rented cars through in the past I have to say this car from the inside needs more upkeep. Maybe I’m renting newer model cars however the house was very prompt or responding however, if I didn’t drive much because I needed to go to work, it took me to where I needed to go, so I’m grateful for that however, the pictures on the website should be updated on how the car and internal
The guest booked the car for 1 day. She asked for a discount based on (I quote) “[] observed some scratches and dirt marks inside the car.” A picture of a smudge on the window was provided and an advice to “replace floor mats” was made because the rubber was not perfectly black. A few days after rating Subaru trip 1 star, she asked if we could provide her a car “for a low rate”. This all sounds to me as an attempt to squeeze the price.

Car was old. Had almost 200,000 miles on it and wiper blades needed replacement. Didn’t know until driving in heavy rain. Otherwise pickup and drop off was easy. Host was easy to deal with.
After 200k miles the car only needed wipers. I take it as a compliment! On the serious note, we take care of our cars that's why they serve our guests well. Thanks for the feedback!
