Website said 10 a.m. delivery didn’t receive car until 11:30 a.m. host tried to say it was a last minute reservation. I just picked one of the available times on website. Had to reschedule entire day. They delivered us a broken car! What a liability! The car had recently been damaged,(front fender was hit bad) the tire wouldn’t hold air the entire day. It was scary and dangerous. We had to stop multiple times to fill it back up with air. We had the car rented for 2 days and due to the safety hazard (we were out of service zone) we could only drive one day which ruined our day 2 plans of vacation.
The customer service was terrible. They told us they knew of the damage but the tire was likely because we had hit something. We asked for a refund and we were told no.
So car was 1.5 hours late for delivery, car was faulty, and host was is unreasonable. We will never use Turo again. It was dangerous and a terrible experience.

I fell in love with how smooth the ride was while driving the car. The communication from the host was A+ from finding the location and so on…we didnt run into any problems during out ride and its also very spacious. I’ll definitely recommend this host to anyone I know also I book again in a heartbeat. Thank you for trusting me with your ride😁
