Loved the car! It was super clean, very smooth and fully detailed. The drive to Tahoe was phenomenal for our family and we really enjoyed the ride and the journey with our toddler and 5yr old. The panoramic roof was great for our kids to enjoy the view of the ice capped mountains and the beautiful trees by the mountainside. Gary made the experience entirely seamless. Top marks for communication, kindness, courtesy and follow-up. Gary is super responsive and we would totally rent again! I highly recommend this vehicle!

The car was excellent for our stay in Napa. Our host Gary made the process extremely smooth for pickup and drop off, and was very communicative. Highly recommend renting from him and I'd love to do so again next time I am in San Francisco!
