Car was fine, co-host was rude and condescending in the chat for no reason before I even got to the car. Not sure why.

Gabriel asked if we provide a charger. We told him we don't because guests frequently walk away with them, and suggested he buy his own. It is likely our response was misconstrued, and he felt that we were implying he would steal it.
Car was clean and ran well. Would rent again. Host was available promptly for questions.
