The car shows its age, with older interior and some wear on the exterior. Front passenger side window does not work. But it was very easy and smooth with the check out/in, and everything was great otherwise.

The pickup instructions were not clear and then when I called the host to ask for help they were pretty rude. Not the greatest experience using Turo
At the time of pick up Kristin texted us that her phone is about to die. That added anxiety had a big contribution to overall experience. We will scatter power banks around the lot next time! But at least the car had wheels attached and we earned 3 stars. Thanks!
