This was my first time renting a car through this type of service, and the host made the entire experience incredibly easy. They were very responsive, helpful, and communicative from start to finish. The pickup instructions were clear, and they guided me through the process of accessing the car in the parking garage, which I really appreciated since I had never done it before. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely rent from this host again. Highly recommend!
