Car is fine. Pickup is a shuttle ride to the airport. At least 15 minutes. Didn’t realize that when we booked.

Nice clean car

INCREDIBLY difficult to get to the car - traveling solo with a toddler, the instructions say to go to departures level and look for hotel shuttle however the photo they send is of some random part of the airport and not the terminal I arrived in. I asked multiple people including airport info and none could identify where in the airport the photo was taken. I messaged the host and they continued to send the same photo and could not tell me where at the terminal the shuttle pick up is. When I called the host phone number it turns out it is just a call center and the poor woman had no idea what I was even asking. I finally paid for own Uber Black (at LAX you either need to get an Uber Black or take a shuttle to the regular Uber lot, again I was with a toddler solo and it was evening). It turns out the lot they tell you the car is at (Fox Auto Park) is NOT the correct address or name of the lot the car is actually located in (Gate Auto Park), our Uber driver had to drive around and around unable to find it, I finally had him drop me off at a hotel and I again called the call center who were finally able to help me. I messaged and also asked them to let their manager know that I had needed to call my own Uber and to reach out, of course that did not happen.
Drop off equally annoying, the attendant did not know where the shuttle pick up was, I was not interesting in walking around busy LAX with my toddler so again paid for my own Uber.
Turo used to be a great service with actual human beings running their own cars, this host is NOT that. Car was fine and clean.
