Host was responsive and accommodating when I updated my pick up time. Unfortunately the car was delivered with 1/2 tank of fuel and the interior had an overwhelming smell of smoke. This car should not have been rented out.

The car itself was fine, but I was disappointed by the overall experience. The pickup address was different from where the car was actually parked, requiring a shuttle ride. For someone who gets dizzy on buses, that was an added challenge. I also had to pay for parking at pickup, which wasn’t communicated in advance. I returned the car with nearly the same fuel level, yet was charged for a full tank, plus extra fees. The host’s process felt complicated and not transparent. I would have appreciated clearer communication and fewer surprises.
Sorry to hear. We usually park only at Turo approved parking & make arrangements only if guest has a special request to park anywhere else. If u had dizziness issue we could have parked knowing ur flight/terminal details only but u never communicated us. Moreover, pickup time parking is paid by guest while drop off we host cover ur charges & this is Turo policy to balance parking evenly. We only provide Turo photo & gas receipt & their support charge you based on fuel levels. Thanks
