The car was really great for the light travel we had to do in Los Angeles. Process was simple and easy once we got there. Highly recommend. The one thing I couldn’t figure out was how to open the trunk. Couldn’t find a button in the vehicle, on the key fob or even on the lift gate. I did try to message and ask, but didn’t receive a response. All other questions were responded to and again, overall a simple and great process.
