Car was great. Communication was lacking at times. My wife and I had to wait too long in the cold in a dark parking lot for exact location and entry into the vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback — we're glad you liked the car. We did send the location and entry instructions right away, but we're sorry you had to wait in the cold, and we understand how frustrating that was. We'll work on improving our communication going forward.
Pickup was very delayed and had to wait for an hour. Typically they are good though!
