There were a lot of issues with this trip. From moment 1, I had a really hard time communicating with the host. To make it worse, the car wasn’t in the area listed. Then the radio was screwing up when I was trying to connect my device to it. Additionally, they only gave me a refund of $16 for parking, when the parking was $37. I told them about this, and they said they wouldn’t refund me the additional $21. After that, I noticed the heating/ac system was constantly changing temperature despite me trying to keep it constant. Ultimately, this trip was a disaster. Do better!

As we specifically mentioned in our messages, the airport fees are charged by the airport and Turo — we don't have any control over them.
As for the other issues you raised, we're a bit puzzled. The guests before and after your trip reported no problems with the vehicle, and we've also taken it to the dealership for inspection and they found no issues.
Could you let us know how you were using the AC and radio? That way we can determine whether the features were functioning as intended.
