The car was GREAT. The pickup was rather difficult. The instructions were not super clear as the name did not show the name of the parking/shuttle. Also, I think there is only one shuttle so if you miss it, you are waiting 20-30 minutes. Also, was told parking charge would be reimbursed but was charged $21 for parking and only reimbursed $15. Otherwise, everything was great. Car was super clean and reliable.

Sorry the pickup was difficult. The parking and shuttle are controlled by third parties, not us, so unfortunately they're outside our control.

The car itself was perfect for our family trip, as it was large and came with booster seats for our 4yo and 6yo. However, the logistics of working with the owners was difficult. The Toro app gives four locations for drop off. We chose one from the list different than the original pick up location. After I dropped off the car, and walked the entire way back to my hotel (in the dark), the owner informed me that it had to be parked at the pick up location. When I informed them that the app had given me a different location, they said I was to use the drop off location THEY gave, not the app itself. It was extremely confusing. Pick up was also difficult. I paid for airport parking for pick up. We had to take a shuttle (with two small kids) to an off site private lot. We were only reimbursed $5 of the $15 parking lot fee.
