Johnny is shady, wouldn’t rent from again, trying to stick me for a windshield, dispute is ongoing and wouldn’t use turo again after seeing how this process is resolved

Thanks for the feedback. Documented pre- and post-trip photos of this vehicle show the windshield intact at handoff and cracked at return, which is why a damage claim was filed through Turo's standard process. We submit time-stamped condition photos on every trip specifically so these questions have an answer that doesn't depend on anyone's word. Turo's resolution team is reviewing it and we'll abide by their decision either way.
Very easy. Great gas mileage. The radio had some issues but otherwise the car was great.

The host was responsive and the car was otherwise clean, but the interior had an overpowering chemical/fragrance odor from one hanging air freshener and a second open fragrance can hidden under the driver’s seat. We sealed both in a ziplock bag for the duration of the trip, but the odor remained and was extremely unpleasant. The cargo cover was also missing, leaving the entire trunk visible. Both issues significantly affected our experience.
