Car was clean! Pick up was straight forward. The only complaint was that CarPlay didn’t work as advertised and we had to use our phones to navigate. But otherwise everything else was great!

Gregory is a fantastic host!
About 30 minutes into our drive, I noticed a knocking sound in the original car and messaged Gregory about it. He responded immediately, asked a few quick diagnostic questions, and went straight to work fixing the situation. Within no time, he arranged a replacement car for us and made the switch completely seamless and hassle-free.
The new car was in perfect condition and worked brilliantly for the rest of our trip. Vehicles can occasionally have unexpected issues, but Gregory's top-notch communication, quick problem-solving, and accommodating attitude made all the difference. I would definitely rent from him again!
