This vehicle was given to me with a very low oil level. Had to stop and purchase the correct oil to continue to my trip made me late as well.

The car was 30 minutes late being delivered to us all the while the host was telling me it was already parked in the garage. We were walking all over the garage for 30 minutes searching for the car (with 2 small children) and he kept saying it was in the garage. Then he finally pulled up with the car, 30 minutes after my reservation had begun saying sorry I just got here. Why lie to me for 30 minutes? The car smelled absolutely terrible like weed and they very clearly tried to mask the smell by throwing a pile of air freshness in the trunk which only made things worse . The check engine light was on as well and the check oil light and tire pressure light (which the host did casually mentioned at pick up not to worry about the tire pressure light. He forgot to mention the oil and engine). The car was very clearly not maintained well.

The car looks amazing and drove smooth until it keep dinging saying it had no oil and the tags are expired .
