I don’t really like to leave a review, but when I do it’s because of the great 5 star service. New cars and nice used cars with no engine light on or car issues. Very respectful host! Understandable! Please check it yourself and see ain’t lying at all! Stop stressing over Rentals. Try the new trend

SCAM !!!! DO NOT RENT !! If I could give negative stars I would first the car had two flat tires after I picked it up the host did a remote shut off of the engine so I couldn’t drive the car leaving me and my 3 kids in the cold for 2 hours until he felt like turning it back on called Turo for roadside assistance once they contacted him the car was operable again then I tried to return it at my drop off time he shut it off again and tried to charge me a LATE DROP OFF FEE!!! He’s a scam if you need to actually use a rental car don’t trust this one
I’m sorry you feel this way, but your review does not reflect what actually occurred. The vehicle was fully operational at pickup, and no issues were reported during the trip. You exceeded the mileage included with your reservation, did not return the car at the scheduled time, and the vehicle was picked up with an empty fuel tank. These charges were applied strictly according to Turo’s policies.
