Our position on your issues raised: 1) the cancellation policy for this reservation was clearly outlined and selected at the time you made the booking 2) you have opted for a non refundable trip in exchange for 10% savings offered as mandatory option by Turo 3) we are booked back-to-back all summer long and often cannot extend.

Great first time Turo rental! The cat was clean, full with gas, and was waiting for us in the parking lot, right outside the doors of the airport. Would highly recommend Kristof's Honda HRV to anyone visiting Portland!
