When an emergency came up on my end that required last-minute changes to my reservation, Ihor was unbelievably understanding, patient, and responsive. Ihor went above and beyond to accommodate the sudden adjustment without any hassle. The communication was seamless throughout the entire process, and the car was in great condition.
