Super easy and responsive

Mike is very friendly. The car was damaged in many exterior areas. The cost was definitely more expensive than advertised . I was charged a 120.00 delivery fee to the airport . Mike also asked to ride back to the airport with us for an hour drive from lake Tahoe so he didn’t have to have someone drive him. I found that a bit odd especially after having to pay 120.00.
We chose not to have him ride with us but wasn’t given proper instruction where to drop the car other than the purple lot. No address or map until after we for the long term lot with a purple sign . He said it was the wrong lot and we had already gone thru security. Communication needs to be more clear with drop off in the future - just a suggestion .
Also upfront fees -
There was multiple other charges like an airport fee and delivery fee .
The car drove just fine but paying over 400 for 2 nights just seems very high for an electric car .

Car located in Tahoe, fee for Reno airport is in listing. I didn’t ask, I offered to drop you at airport to save on extra parking fee’s since you were price sensitive, even asking for $120 refund for driver service.
Turo app shows exactly where to drop off.
Didn’t charge you for wrong drop off location or parking and I still left you 5 star review — guess you’re right about one thing, I’m friendly you’re not.
