It was easy to pick up the car at the airport. Car was in good condition and drove fine for the 10 days we explored Utah, Idaho & Wyoming. Advanced and more thorough communication on pick-up and drop off could be appreciated. Additionally, I wasn't familiar with how Teslas worked, so would be nice to get a little more details ahead of time on apps needed, suggestions on charging, etc.

Easy to work with on pick up and drop off. No issues with the car, ran great. Appreciate the loaner for the 2 weeks.
