Jake made this an easy rental all the way around. He gave clear instructions about obaining the car, which I was easily about to pick up and drop off at the SLC airport. The car had only 10K miles on it and drove so nicely. If I was in the market for a new car, this one would now be on my radar. The car had some minor maintenance details overlooked but the rest of the rental was great. I would rent from Jake again when in the SLC area.
