Car is a little rough around the edges but it did the job for a short trip to Burlington. Jeff was a great communicator. I would rent from him again.

Your agent at BTV was worthless. The car was NOT at the airport. The online instructions did NOT load on my phone. There was no new damage to the car and I refuse to pay for old scratches and scrapes. Turo falsely advertises how quick and easy the process will be. It was very difficult. The car itself was very drivable and except for scaring me about the preexisting damage, I liked it.
