Your agent at BTV was worthless. The car was NOT at the airport. The online instructions did NOT load on my phone. There was no new damage to the car and I refuse to pay for old scratches and scrapes. Turo falsely advertises how quick and easy the process will be. It was very difficult. The car itself was very drivable and except for scaring me about the preexisting damage, I liked it.

Mr. Wang made the pick up/drop off process flawless! People were waiting in line for hours to rent a car, but not us! We were in and out! The car ran great, nice and clean and easy to operate! Thank you for making our trip a fantastic adventure!

I have never rented from TURO and found all the photos, uploading, etc. a bit annoying…not used to this when renting a car…
