Super communicative and flexible! I had a flight change times multiple times and they were always accommodating and quick to respond on the modifications. Would only rent from them again if I were coming back to the area!

The host informed me the car was not actually at the airport unless I paid for pickup. A check engine light came on and the host informed me it was an evap leak. The next day the suspension had an issue. I sent the host a message at 9:30am and they did not respond. I followed up at 3:30pm and they did not respond. turo tried sending a tow truck and no one accepted the job until the next day when they came to get the vehicle because I didn’t know if I could drive it.
