The car was fine, and Jeff, the host, was communicative, and helpful. Pickup and dropoff at the airport could not have been simpler.

Switched to a car that had clearly been in an accident. Communication for pick up was lacking. Vehicle drove nice despite that.
Thank you for your feedback Diana. Pick up instructions are normally sent thru scheduled auto messages, I’m sorry there was a glitch and you had to wait to pick up the car. The car’s scratches and dents around the fender are well documented, and it meets all Turo safety and maintenance requirements. Look forward to hosting you another time.

Hi Zenora, I was very clear the only reason your reservation wasn’t able to be extended is because another guest had a booking in place. I also didn’t have another car free to offer you. Otherwise, and whenever possible, I would have loved to accommodate change in guests’ wishes to extend (or shorten) their trips.

Jeff was an absolutely outstanding host from start to finish. The car was in perfect condition — spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described. It drove smoothly and made our trip completely stress-free.
What really made the experience exceptional was Jeff himself. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful at every moment. Communication was fast and clear, and he made the pickup and drop-off process simple and convenient. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.
You can tell he truly cares about providing a great experience. I would 100% rent from Jeff again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable car and a fantastic host. Thank you, Jeff!
