To whom it may concern, please note this is because the vehicle booked had mechanical failure on very short notice. We provided a different rental car to this Guest outside of Turo/through our private rental system. Unfortunately, these things happen, but we are proud we did not leave this Guest high and dry/did everything we could to not cancel!

They are The Best in the area. Every vehicle has been clean and well maintained. The ease of doing business with them is commendable.

Highly recommend! Pick up/drop off was easy, the car was clean, the location is very close to the airport (we walked there due to high Uber fees for such a close destination). Definitely 5 stars, I just want to leave one thing below that we thought would have been good to know before hand.
The only problem we did have with the car was that the charging ports are only USB, so with the apple lightning chargers there is no charging option. So we were having to make sure we brought our chargers each day to charge our phones at different places we visited in order to keep them from dying (so many pictures to take and lots of directions so phone battery was necessary). Like I said, didn’t affect our trip too much it just would have been good to know as we would have brought a USB charger if we had known. So FYI for you future renters!
