Great communication and very easy pickup and dropoff from the airport. Car was nice, clean and spacious. A charging cable was provided, which was a nice touch. Bluetooth worked great, but I wasn't able to get the CarPlay connected for some reason, even while my phone was plugged in. Shane was very flexible and everything went smoothly.

Great experience renting from Shane! Car was conveniently located in the parking garage attached to the Burlington airport, which I nice when you’re hauling ski bags. Would rent again from Shane in the future.

This was my first Turo experience and it could not have been any better. Great price, beautiful car, smooth and easy pickup/dropoff, and very communicative and responsive host. I would recommend Shane to anybody looking to rent a car in vt - and i will certainly use his services again should i need to. 10/10, no notes!

Shane’s car was perfect for our trip to Vermont! Good condition and felt safe to drive, only downside was that the headlights were not very bright.
