Easy breezy. Communication was top notch. 5 Star all the way around.
Everything was great! Towards the end of the trip the engine started to make concerning rattling sounds and the car would shake when going slowly. Other than that it was great!

Olivia was a great guest and communication was also great. Yes, indeed I heard the noice the second I started the car. when I checked the oil level it was almost empty. Although , there was still 2k miles left before the next due oil service. Chevy equinox burn a lot of motor oil. Once I took it for a full oil service all noises were gone and car was running fine. Thank you Olivia for reporting it to us.
