My trip wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t worth the price! I could have gotten a better car for a better fee.
There is a reason that there are only TWO photos uploaded of this vehicle. One of them being INACCURATE. The license plate is not Georgia, it’s Texas.
None of the hosts communicated with me AT ALL. Not before or during my trip. I sent a question before pick up. No response. No introduction or pick up instructions.
I rented this car to use while I had family in town and was IMMEDIATELY upset when I picked it up and realized how dirty the interior was! I can tell the hosts didn’t check the car in between trips. I had to stop at the store and BUY products to clean the car because it was dirty and sticky, which made me late to get my family from the airport. Too bad I can’t upload photos.
The headlights are almost out and very dim, so you can’t see at night, which isn’t safe! I didn’t even feel comfortable on the highway once I realized the lights weren’t working properly.
Other than that, the car is straight to the point. It’s smaller than the newer version. If you’re looking for an SUV, keep looking.
I won’t rent this vehicle again.

Amazing experience. The entire process was smooth from pick up to drop off. Both hosts were very attentive and kept communication open the entire trip. The vehicle is perfect and rides well with no issues. I will definitely be renting from Angie and Errol again.
