Gary and his wife were super communicative, friendly and on time. Other reviewers did not lead me astray- they were great. Car interior was spotless and smelled nice which is something you don't know is important.... until you do. Car ran great and handled decently. Good mid size vehicle for those traveling with luggage but don't want to haul around in a huge automobile.
