Great car great communication. The only glitch was a horrible dead animal smell which I did report. Probably an ozone machine would knock everything out, but it created a negative experience unfortunately every time I got in the car, especially if I had a passenger. Other than that, thank you so much for a good experience.

I was surprised by your report. This is a 4 month-old vehicle, and neither my wife nor I detected any odor neither before nor after your trip I’m sorry the experience was affected for you. However, a review that significantly impacts the rating over an issue that could not be verified after the trip does unfairly affect the listing’s reputation and can discourage future guests from booking a well-maintained vehicle.
The car was awesome! It was very clean and was a great ride. The instructions were very clear and it was super easy. We would definitely book again!
