This was my first Turo experience and Lily was exceptional to work with. She provided all the information needed and was super prompt in answering my messages. And ... the car was in excellent shape and clean. The convenience of being able to walk off the plane and having a car waiting was fantastic - no rental car counter drama! The car is really clean and well take care off. It made our trip to Alasta infinitely more enjoyable and the owner was super kind and helpfull through the entire process!
