In talking to Cayden, I had some concerns about being able to start the tesla, but he assured me it's not that difficult. He advertises that he is 5 min away from the cruise pier and I could see the car from that also. No, you can not see the car from the pier, it's sits on a hill and the trees don't allow you to see the car. I put the address in my maps and the walk is 15 min away not 5. You have to walk down the main highway and then cross it to climb a steep hill. I told him I was older and had some concerns but he never mentioned the walk up a steep hill.
I get in the car and he was suppose to shared his car with the account I had to set up, so there was a card to manually start it. The app might have been mid successful. Which he did not send. You place the car on the dash to activate it or the post b. Then place the card under the arm rest then place it under the console to start. Which I was never able to start. I don't know if the card actually does start. I spend 45 min trying to start it. I was messaging Cayden about what my issues were and needed help. He was driving a blue bus and not able to help me. I purchased this refundable and asked him about canceling and he told me Toro would, I contacted Toro and apparently Cayden would not authorize the full refund. Toro ended up hanging up on me.
I have all my messages saved and it came down to i don't know if the car actually runs.
I have turned this horrible experience over to my bank to refuse payment. I do not recommend this Cayden to be honest about what he is offering got a service. It's false advertisement.

Sorry the pickup was frustrating.
The car is 0.24 miles from the cruise terminal, about a 5-minute walk. Delivery was not selected, so pickup was at the listed address. My instructions state the car is clearly visible there. I spent about 15 minutes on the phone before the trip walking through how to start the Tesla, sent written instructions, and kept helping by text. The car is fully functional. She was unable to get it started, and the trip was then supposed to be cancelled through Turo.
Best vehicle I have ever driven. Loved the Tesla
