Keri provided very clear and accurate directions for picking up the vehicle. My rental period was in a snowy, cold period and I loved that the Jeep had a remote start that worked wonderfully. The Jeep also warmed up quickly and drove very well in the snow. The interior is very clean. Drop off directions were also clear and accurate. Keri is promptly responsive. If I return to Sitka, this is the vehicle I’ll look for!
