Car was great, and pick up was super easy (and Paul even credited the parking fee i had to pay to leave the lot - very appreciated!). Paul was a great host and responded quickly to messages. :) Would absolutely rent from again!

This was my first time using Turo, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Paul’s Tesla Model Y was spotless, exactly as described, and drove flawlessly throughout the trip. Paul was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond when there was a hiccup before check-in. Since he hadn’t received the truck back in time, he immediately stepped in and offered his Tesla instead, making the entire process stress-free. His communication and customer service were outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Paul again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free Turo experience.
