This was my first time using Turo, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Paul’s Tesla Model Y was spotless, exactly as described, and drove flawlessly throughout the trip. Paul was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond when there was a hiccup before check-in. Since he hadn’t received the truck back in time, he immediately stepped in and offered his Tesla instead, making the entire process stress-free. His communication and customer service were outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Paul again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free Turo experience.
