The rear tail light was out, and I was informed by another motorist after I had already left. The inside was not vacuumed out, but he explained that and it was completely fine. It had just rained here so it was understandable. Why the placemats were a little bit muddy. The renting host was super polite, very professional. I would definitely highly recommend and I would definitely rent from them again.
Just for clarification, we were not aware of the tail light issue until after pickup, and it has since been fixed. Once notified, we offered a replacement vehicle or the option to continue using the same one with reimbursement in case of any tickets. The drivers mat was affected by ongoing rain and gravel conditions, which made keeping the drivers mat fully clean right before pickup a bit difficult. We appreciate your understanding, your recommendation, and look forward to hosting you again!
