Left back tire kept going low
For clarity, the vehicle was delivered in excellent condition. Two days after the trip began, the guest was notified that one tire was losing air, and it was later confirmed that a nail was the cause. As outlined in Turo’s terms, any damage that occurs during a trip, including tire damage, is the guest’s responsibility. Even so, I still offered assistance. We always strive to provide safe, well maintained vehicles and good communication for every trip.
