I’m grateful to have had a vehicle to get me from point A to point B as I needed but it could have been a much better and confident experience.
I did not hear from the host until after my pick up time had started and I was already out of the airport. Delivery was late. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot the check engine light came on. I was staying an hour away from the pick up spot and was very nervous of the mechanical issue that could have left me stranded. When I contacted the host about the check engine light she informed me that it had been happening a lot lately and was going into the shop AFTER my trip.
Communication or resolution about this before the trip would have greatly been appreciated. It would have taken that extra worry out of my trip.

We had our car returned by 5:15, I don’t know why it didn’t show that we did cause I did the return. I even sent you a message that we were there.
