Host delivered vehicle 49min late with only 41% charge. The vehicle registration was also expired which led to being pulled over twice & given two citations during my trip. Vehicle was also delivered dirty with several personal items left thru out the entire car....would not use/recommend ever
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was delivered clean and in excellent condition. Trip data shows violations of our rental terms, including high-speed driving. The concerns mentioned were not reported during the trip and were only raised after damage to the vehicle was discovered. Additionally, the agreed pickup and drop-off procedures were not fully followed. We strive to provide a safe, excellent, and transparent experience for all guests and appreciate honest and factual feedback.

The pickup was very essy. The car was clean like brand new. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Id recomend this vehicle if you want a luxury driving experience. The cabin was very quiet while driving and fsd drove most of the way.
