Everything was convenient and as ordered.
This was the easiest Turo pickup I’ve ever had. It was literally parked right in front of the baggage claim. Very clear directions were given before pickup.
I struggled to drop off the Jeep at the same location (which was a directional error on my part). I messaged the host and asked for a phone call to help me. She called within a minute and got me exactly where I needed to be.
All communication was immediate.
This was the best and most professional Turo renting experience I’ve ever had and I would recommend using this company and car to anyone looking to anyone rent a vehicle.
