Unfortunately, we did not design the Turo app and have no control over the automated notifications it sends to users. After completing the trip and taking your drop off pictures, you also have to select the “Confirm Drop Off” button to fully check out of the trip. It appears that this step may not have been completed, which is likely why Turo sent you the reminder text.
