The dude in the honda is a rude prick
This comment makes no sense.

It wasn’t necessarily bad I just had an issue with the car and had to end my trip early. It seems like he’s working on it for next time but was very nice about helping.

The pick-up location was great, and the host response quickly when contacted or needed. The car ran smoothly until I drove for two hours that began to give hard time.
The car broke down in the middle of nowhere, about two hours from where I was staying. I waited over four hours for help after being told it would take only 70 minutes. None of the Turo representatives showed concern for our safety — the focus seemed to be on retrieving the car, not on assisting me, my 77-year-old mother, or my son.
My husband, calling from Mississippi, had to arrange help so we could reach safety. The host even asked me to record a video as if I had planned the situation, which was very upsetting. We were stranded on a busy highway for hours without food or restrooms. This experience was stressful, unsafe, and completely unacceptable.
