Great host, but pickup logistics could be smoother. Overall, the host was very responsive and did immediately refund our money, but the pickup process was a bit stressful for me. The vehicle had been left in the lot for a few days prior to our arrival, which caused the parking fee to jump to $94 instead of the expected $20. We had to pay this large balance out of pocket on the spot to get the car because host didn’t know the exact amount it would be, but knew it was gonna be a larger amount. which was a tough and unexpected financial inconvenience. While the host was quick to send the reimbursement, it's not a situation you want to deal with right after landing. I'm sharing this in hopes it helps the host streamline their timing or even know the set price it would be for future renters so everyone can just pay their expected fee and go!

Tire pressure low, as soon as I picked car up had to put air in tire that has a slow leak. Truck was not cleaned interior or exterior. Trash and water bottles in truck .i literally had to clean car for my use which pushed my trip back some. Won’t rent again
